next month the letter or whatever will be here, I have had some serious medical problems and havent worked since 2006 I managed this far on sick leave and food stamps. I have talked with mortgage company but I have no money IM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR SSD,(good luck I know) But is there legal help ? I have lived her 14 yrs. and worked all my life 30 + yrs I hate loosing it . can a person sell if they are already in forclosure? Help??????????????

i go to a private school and we have a banquet not a prom lol because its so small. anyways i dont have a bf so one of my guy friends who went there (he had to leave in the mid of the yr due to financial problems) asked me to go with him. and he said that he got me a really pretty corsage... is a corsage meant for just bf/gf or would it be appopriate for me to wear one? ps. i know that he used to have a crush on me, but i dunno how he feels about me now lol i just want to be friends... should i still accept the corsage? sorry im not familiar with the tradition of corsages and what not this is a senior prom fyi... excuse me, i mean banquet lol and ive never been to a dance before... long story, just dont ask

part time because thats all i have time for. i still work full time. Anyway, i receive student loans that more than cover my tuition. My first check i used to buy the computer required for my program, and i recently found out i would be receiving the same amount every semester. This means I have about 2 grand extra every semester after everything is paid for for the term. Now, the company allows me to send any unused funds back to them. I was thinking about stashing it away in a CD or Money Market account and collecting the intrest. (it seems smarter to make money off of it rather than giving it back) What would be the best thing for me to do with it? I have a checking and savings lol thats about all i know about saving money in an institution. Thanks!!!!!! Just to add, yes, i realize that i have to pay my student loans back. thats the biggest reason i would like to make some money off of it if possible. :)

An employee is suing me, my mom, and my mom's businesses stating that I attacked him physically and knocked him out unconsciously and continued to beat him. THIS IS obvious not true! He is trying to get money out of my family. He had a case in the past where he was trying to get money out of his employer also and the attorney threw the case out stating he was lying. Well the judge put me on probation (6 months) and anger management. I did the anger management, stayed out of trouble and my probation is to end April 30, 2008 (tomorrow). Now they are saying that they have revoked my probation due to restitution. The restitution has NOT been set/made! So how could they revoke my probation??? Oh my civil attorney said that he will not submit his medical records, bills for the case. And my criminal atty said that he is trying to double dip? I am confused can I get sentenced to prison in this restitution????????? Please serious answers!! Thank you The restitution has not been set because of the other civil cases this person has against my family!!!!

I'm very concerned that I paid money to the Hollywood Group and got scammed. At first, I thought they were legit but now I think we were taken. We were scouted by Kidz in Media at a mall and that's how we got started. We have paid over $3000 now for our son to act and model. We have received nothing. Are all these companies owned by the same person? I think so. Any info. would help...

My wife and me have been having problems for awhile. The begining of the marriage I had a hot temper and called her foul names out of anger. I have learned to control my temper and have not called her names anymore. I grew up in a rough house and didn't know it was so hurtfull till we had some heart to hearts. I shrugged off the name calling when I was little so I thought she could. Now she wants me to move so we can grow and she can get her confidence back. My belittling of her has made her doubt herself. She says she can't bring herself to forgive me for the past. I believe she wants to work things out but I'm afraid that a seperation will lead to the end of our marriage. I love her and regret what I have done. I at first told her I would change, but now I am trying to show it. I make good money am will help her while I pay rent somewhere else. I am also afraid I will build some anger up of being kicked out and having to waste money on rent, when I have a house.

I am in an AP Spanish IV class. The teacher is charging $4 for batteries for the recorders for the AP test after I have already paid $84 to take the AP test initially. Is this legal?

the back seat. They've gotta be 7 and 3 ish. she is the most horrible mother Ive ever seen.. she goes through the drive through not having any money to spend. asks for free food. and yells at her daughter when there is no money...How is a 7 yr old going to make money? And Im talking yelling.. cussing at her hitting her...shoving food she doesnt want down the poor childs throat. I want to call defax I want to so very bad.. but sometimes i just see that little girls face and she seems happy for a change..but then again the pattern of this abusive mother who cant even get out of her car to beg.. why does she even have a car to begin with if shes at the point of not having food. this lady is crazy!

I had a retainer (in Australia we call them a plate) for 5 years, then braces for 2.5 years and now I have an Invisalign retainer which I had to wear 24/7 for a year, then every night (which I still do) and soon enough I'll be stepping down to every second night and eventually I'm told that I only have to wear them "every now and then". My problem is that my top Invisalign retainer has a minor crack in it (which happened well over a year ago - my orthodontis said not to worry about it), but now when I was brushing it I think it cracked slightly further!! My questions are: *Is the crack OK? *How long will I have to wear them for (ortho said INDEFINATELY)? *Will I eventually have to have them replaced? *Any tips on maintaining them My parents have paid SO much money and we have gone through a lot for many years in regards to my orthodontic treatment. I just want to see the light at the end of the tunnel after so many years! Thankyou, & pls tell me if u r a proffesional.

Well for me I would give the person money and buy the person food, why? because I hate seeing homeless people in the street and I also think its the right thing to do. Now I don't know why the person is homeless I also don't know if he/she going to buy something to eat/drink, drugs, or alcohol I don't know, but I know for a fact I Will give the person money or food and Respect! and also you should look every homeless person in the eyes with Respect, their people just like you!

I am building a projector out of a stripped down lcd screen I was wondering if i could use the power from the back light inverter to power a light for the projector. I want to do this to save space and money on a light ballast.

Im 22 years old, married and I have a 14 month old. I have always wanted to go to school to be a hair stylist, but after I graduated, got married and had a baby it all got pushed to the back burner. I want to go to school, a great school, but I dont have the money to go. It cost $15,000, and my husband makes great money but with a baby and me being a SAHM I dont have extra money laying around to go to school. My husband makes 50,000 a year.. can I qualify for financial aid?

There is a Bachelor's degree program at the college I go to called Political Science: Law and Theory Pattern. I am very interested in poli-sci and law so this sounds like a good major for me. However I am very worried that I would spend all this time and money and not be able to use my degree. What kind of job could you get with a degree like this? Has anyone even heard of a political science combined with law degree like this? What about general political science...what kind of career could this lead to (other than teacher!!)?
