Financial talk

Im a 25 male and having a hard time figuring out what i want to do with my life. I'm tired of working crap jobs for low pay. It seems like i never have any money to improve my situation. I feel like im running in place. i have been considering going back to school and getting a degree. My biggest fear about going back to school is that i will spend 4 years paying very high tuition and balancing work/school and by the time im finished still being unable to get a decent career. Some people i work with have 4 year degrees and they're doing the same minimum wage stuff I am. Im 25, if i start schooling now i should be finished by the time im 29. That just seems like a long time to wait before im able to do anything productive with my life. Could anyone give me some career paths i could wander down? Something that I could maybe enter the field with a 2 year and slowly work up the chain with school/work xp.
