Open Question: Anyone know how to rip off sprint?

In the past 2 months sprint has overcharged me almost $250.00 and refuse to credit my account the amount they overcharged. I HATE GIVING THEM MY MONEY FOR MY NEXT BILL!!! But I am under a 2 year contract with them so I cant cancel my services. Anyone have any good ideas on what I can say to them to get them to credit my account for anything? Like maybe for dropped calls, no signal, phone not working etc. I am never one to rip off or steal from anyone but this company has cost me alot (im a poor college kid livin on my own for the first time lol) and I couldnt afford that extra $200. So please dont think Im a bad person or anything lol
