Open Question: Does anyone know a lawyer in the Bangor area that would take a case pro bono re:child custody & guardianship?
I need a lawyer to help me with getting joint custody of my child who is with my sister and she has full guardianship. I did not consent to full only temporary guardianship. I found out now that i have no parental rights please help me i am worried sick about my child. help please. I have no money and dont want to take him away from her but i want rights as far as he is concerned, he is a teenager now and a lot of issues are coming up.
