Open Question: Does she have a control issue?

Right now I am in the process of working with an attorney to get my license restored after quite a while of them being suspended. Me and my girl currently live together. We are also in the process of planning a vacation for our kids this summer. Nothing big, just gonna take them to the beach for a week. Anyway, When we both got paid we paid our normal bills and that left me just enough to pay my attorney what I told them i was gonna give them and plus to put some money on our light bill. My girl had about the same about left after she paid her car payment and insurance. Ok, we also needed groceries. She wanted me to contribute to helping buy groceries but I told her that with the light bill and what I had to pay the attorney I didn'[t have much left. She decided she wasn't gonna be the only one buying groceries so I told I would use some of my attorney money and help get some groceries for the house. Ok, fast forward a few days. Monday when I woke up I was having some inner ear problems so I decided to go to the doctor which ate into more of the attorney's money since I had to pay the co-pay. Alright, later that day one of her son's had a few dollars that his grandma had given him and he wanted to go around the corner to the store. He asked his mom and she said yes, so he and his brother both went. My daughter and her sister were sitting in our livingroom and they asked me for some money. I reached in my pocket and gave then $5 to share. When my girl found out I had given them some money she started saying things like, "wow, you've never given me any money." I told her and she knows that I always keep a few dollars in my pocket just in case I wanna stop and get something from the store. She then says something to the affect of, "I thought you didn't have any money since you didn't want to help with the groceries." I never said I didn't have any but what I had left was already ear marked.
