This women is suing my brothers business. She is claiming my dad who is 78 years old pushed her and called her foul names. She claims this happened over a year ago, yet she told no one and never made a police report. There is 6 other employee's that work there. The reason we think she's suing is because the first year she was hired in she did not get a week paid vacation. She was hired in Sept eight years ago and she's now just binging this up. The person who is in charge said no but I will pay you for 3 days. Well she started a suit in Jan of this year and now she's suing my Dad and the business. It's a very long story I just shorted it up. By the way she lies all the time and actually gets caught in the lie and lies her way out, she thinks. What do you think about this? I hope the Judge throws it out of court, she'll be behind thousands of others who need money. We do live in Michigan by the way. Thanks.
