doese the annulment of marriage contract in germany free me from material obligations toward my wife, the annulment due to wife's mental health problem. i did not want to have the baby becase i realized she is ill and not illegible and i did not want the baby to be deprived from one of his parents, she decieved me and got pregnant, now i want to take the baby from her and send him to my mother she will take care of me financially , this woman will ask me too much money and she will have 2/3 of my salry and i will no longer to marry again. we are together foriegn and live in germany(not german people and not from usa), we are also from different countries the question is concerning the german law not the usa law we are amrried since less than 6 months what is the conseuences of the annulment (the material obligations)
