Open Question: Ebay shipping problem. Please help!!?
I bought a video game on ebay and the shipping option that I chose was from 1-6 business days. It's shipping from north carolina to california. It's been 8 business days which is over the 1-6 business day option that i chose. I talked to the seller and he said he shipped it.
Do i have to the right to request for a refund because the shipment failed to meet 6 business days? It's technically not the sellers fault because it's the carrier's fault. But what I agreed to pay money on was to have it shipped by 6 business days and it failed to do so. Can i get a refund? Even if the seller denies my request, i'm planning to open a case on paypal. What can i/should i do?

He emailed me when he shipped it and it's been 8 business days since he shipped it out. I ask him to give me the tracking number but he hasn't replied. I asked him for a refund and he told me once I receive the game I have to pay for the shipment. As of right now, I don't want the game anymore because I paid for a game to arrive in less than 6 days and it's been 8 days. Can i open a case on paypal for a refund? what should i do? thanks you guys.
