Financial talk

I applied for a job, but they never filed my paperwork instead they stole my SSN and personal info, and locked me out of my accounts I opened to help float the company if it needed money. I called the bank and got all the money back, except $5,000 or so in cash and interest, they keep saying god bless, and weird stuff, and that I don't own my accounts, they do, ect. I found out one of them is on medication, and the other one declared bankruptcy over what should have been fraud. I'm considering how to take action, how would you proceed, I've already contacted the FBI.
