1) Is there anything a person can do to prevent the reverse payment from happening? Like if I were to sell someone a laptop, and send it cause it shows they paid. Then you find out the card is stolen it gets reversed. I lose my laptop. How can I prevent this from happening when using paypal? What are things I can do? 2) If someone were to use a PayPal account with fake address and name, could they still withdraw money from the PayPal account? If not why? 3) Recently, I sold a weapon to a person in a online game. He sent me 10$ for it and I received it. After the trade was done he said he was going to get his money back and make my PayPal account limited so I can't withdraw the money. What can I do about this? 4) What are things I can do for a safer PayPal trade? Friends told me something like make sure they arn't using credit card cause they can get their money back and use checks or something? Any advice please? 5)Do you know ne sites that are similar to PayPal but better & safer?
