Open Question: FMLA (Family medical leave Act) Questions?

Hello, I am going to be off from work on FMLA due to my wife having our first child. My company is allowing me to use my vacation time and sick time, which adds up to about 6 weeks off PAID. I know I can take off up to 12 weeks, but I am looking at only taking off 6 as I need the money. Anyway, I am in a unique situation as I will be graduating from school in amonth or so. So, my questions are as follows; 1. Can i work for another company while I am on FMLA leave from my current job? (Like an internship or something) 2. What if I find a job while I am off on FMLA that relates to my schooling. If I decide to accept a job and not go back to my current job, can they do anythign about it? Can they take back the sick time they paid me? Please only answer if you are educated in HR or have experience with this type of thing. Thanks!
