Open Question: how do i deal the money for monopoly board game?

how do i deal the money for monopoly board game. i just bought the monopoly board game then it doesnt tell how to deal the money..and i sort of forgot as well...havent play for ages i have the rule's booklet but it doesnt tell how to deal the money thanks btw
