Open Question: how do i sue a person in another state ?
i sold some pokemon cards in ebay cost about $165.5 with shipping. the person sended me a check, so i send him the cards. but a few days later i found that the check bounced back and he was no longer a registered user and ebay can't do anything about it. he ignores my emails. Plz help!!!
what's the easiest thing i can do to get my money back
if i need to, how do i sue him
do i need a lawyer...cuz that might cost alot
