Open Question: How do people who have stone crusher business monitor the trucks loaded each day?
I am doing a survey on this business as a part of my assigment.I have asked some people who are in this business but they use munshi to take care of things(sales made each day and the collect the money from the sale) and then produce a weekly sale report to the owner...... But i belive there will be definately some business men who are using good techniques to over come this dependancy......If yes please share with me..................Let me know what initiatives can be taken so that the munshi can have no chance to misrepresent the data
