Open Question: How do you sleep comfortably on metal cots?
I am taking a girl scout troop camping in old ccc cabins in a PA State Park. They have these miserable old metal cots. We can not remove them or stack them up, out of the way to sleep on the floor. Any ideas on what we need to sleep on them comfortably. I can not imagine just throwing a sleeping bag on them. And air mattress would just pop. Keep in mind that we are all broke, so we can't invest a ton of money.
We were suppose to go to a camporee with real beds, but it got canceled. This is the only place we can find on such short notice. EEEEKKKK!
