Open Question: How to get my dad to focus on the rest of my family and not on me?
He is in my face 24/7! and he judges me! and he does not let me live my life! i can't move out bc i don't have enough money and my doc told me not to get a job! but i worry about this stuff every single day! how to do it? and how to deal?

my mom is really abusive(mentally, emotionally and PHYSICALLY) all the time. expect when dad is at work!!! :-((( she raises up like a "crazy nut" and starts to throw heavy objects to me and beats me up and my little sister! (crying) and she does not even raise my little sister. i would call the "higher ups"but my whole family would kill me! i am not kidding! no jokes!
how to get my dad to focus on these and not me?
