Financial talk

and it was supposed to be avaliable today. i checked online and it says as of 6/2 it is still pending and that is today. i went to an actual teller and got a receipt. i have some checks that will bounce if they try to cash them today. its too late to call the bank tonight. why would my money still not be avaliable? if i bounce a check can i hold the bank responsible? the checks were already sent out saturday morning because my money was supposed to be avalible today so i had enough time for the money to be avaliable
