Open Question: I got a plane ticket on Expedia and the departure and arrival cities are reversed. They wont help. Any Ideas?
I was looking for a plane ticket last night and a saw a few deals on Expedia, but before I could decide to buy, the deal would expire or taken by someone else. I thought I found the deal again and quickly purchased the ticket only to find out immediately after I clicked submit that I had the arrival and departure cities switched. I called Expedia right away and they said there was nothing they could do. They connected me with the airline (Midwest) and they said they could not do anything either. I couldn't even pay for the changes. I spoke with Expedia once more offering them more money for the changes and they still would not help. If you have any ideas on how I can get Expedia or Midwest to help me out, I would really appreciate. Or if you think I have a shot a chargeback or a credit card dispute that would help too. Thanks.
