Financial talk

my friend is always texting this guy. no matter WHAT we do, she has to text him again and again and again. i think it's really rude and im kind of jealous of him because he's getting more of her attention nonstop, and im jealous of her because she always texts and i never have money on my phone so i cant. so she'll be texting this guy and ill be getting mad and i'll say "what are you texting about?" and she just says "nothing" and moves her phone so i cant see. =( so i guess what i'm asking is, what am i supposed to do about this? and the guy is someone i dont know at all, except that he's older and known my friend for a couple of months..and ive seen him at school. yeah i've already tried talking to her about it.
