Open Question: I have a question… my boyfriend and I are starting to look at apartments together. My credit score is 530..?
My credit score is 530 and I have a couple of old utility bills on my credit report. I was just curious if anyone knew what is looked for on a credit report in terms of renting an apartment and whether my credit might hinder us from getting approved for one? I live in CT, make descent money, at the same job for 2 & 1/2 yrs and also have a reference from my previous landlord where I resided for 3 & 1/2 yrs. I know that no one would know for sure, but just curious other people's thoughts, experiences, and/or opinions? I don't even know if I am posting in the right spot, I am just curious...
