Open Question: I have borrowed money from a friend and signed a note?
I signed a note as asked and had it notarized and sent it back as asked by her. I have been making my required payments and then some each month. she calls my cell and work and isn't satisfied with the agreement we originally had and says if it is not ammended she will call my boss and tell him i owe her money and leaves messages stating she is going to call the sherriff and wants my personal information such as social security number and irs returns pay stubs etc. I feel bullied and wish i hadn't borrowed the money to fix my car. she offered to help and i am doing what she asked in the original agreement. HELP!!! I don't want to be harrassed anymore and don't want to lose my job. I dont want to give my personal info i feel it is none of her business. she has already called my part time job and made waves there by telling them I owe her money.
