Open Question: I have some money and I am able to invest 75,000 of it can you help give me some ideas and knowhows?
I have looked into realestate lots and so on I'm afraid the price is still too high to gain a profit and I don't have any clue on how to invest it. I currently have it in cds but the interest has gone down.
