Open Question: I need a prom dress by April 19th and I want to rent one because I don’t have a lot of money to work with.
Does anyone know where I can rent a prom dress or maybe possibly buy one that won't cost that much in St. Roberts, MO?
My boyfriend will be wearing his Class A uniform from the Army. I'm not into bright colors but I need opinions about the color dress that I should wear. I have black hair and blue eyes.
