Financial talk

My friend is only 17, she lives with her father and her grandma, her grandma is slowly passing away and her father is "Incapable" of doing anything right now. My friend is trying to work 3 jobs to support the family and right now she is getting into drugs and alcohol to get away from it all. I need someone to help ! I dont know how to help, Im only 16, I dont have a job and I am getting one to send her money, Is there any way that someone can help me make a non profit organization to help raise her money, or possible guide me to a organization to help me. No, I dont know her, but I have talked to her, her family, and I dont care if you think it would be a bad idea to send her money because moneys just an object, whether she just takes it or actually uses it for her family, Its out of my hands, doing someone else good.
