Financial talk

okay, heres the sad, but true story. i owe $3000 to Paypal, and now they have sent it off to a collection agency which i am paying but am scared if i miss one, paypal will attack me hard. Heres the twist, i am only 16.. is there anyway i can take a personal loan out to cover the debt? or anyway i can stall paying until im 18?? If i cant loan money, why cant i stall til im legal age?? PLEASE HELP!!! im paying it off now but only on youth allowance... plus my parents dont know jack sooo i am really on my own.. :(
