Open Question: i need some ideas for a best friends sweet 16 gift please!?
My best friend is having a sweet 16 party and i don't want to spend a lot of money even though i am not on a budget. i wanna get her something that she will like, but no money or a gift card. she is crazy and fun, and loves to dance. what should i get her ?
