Financial talk

i am 16, soon 2 b 17 in about 2 mths, n my lil brother is 10. after r mom died, we moved in w/ our aunt n uncle, and have been w/ them for the past 3 years. i just recently found out that they charge both of us rent and utilities w/ the money they get from the state and money from our college funds. now, i understand paying 4 utilities, but they own the house and we are FAMILY. i'm really disgusted by the fact. my brother and i are always neglected and put down. we are not supported in anything we do. i hate having the feeling that we are burdens to them and that they don't want us there. we r really treated like dirt. its like we live in some kind of prison or hotel, and i really want us 2 move in w/ my other aunt n uncle, who kno how 2 b parents and maintain a good household. but the problem is the paper work would take a tremendous amount of time n gettin an attorney would cost my brother and i 2 take mass amounts of money out of our college funds. is there any other way to do this? or does anyone know how much it would cost to do all the attorney stuff and whatnot and how long it would take to get thru all of it?
