Financial talk

My partner and i have been trying for a babay for 2 years. In this time i have had 2 cysts whoch were bleeding and had to be removed. I have regular periods and the gynecologist said that there is no reason i should not be able to get pregnant (after last op). My partner has been tested and motal sperm count is normal though there are some 'abnormalities' (not sure about what this means!). We have little money so going provete is not an option - our GP is less than helpful. Can any one please advise we really really want a baby!!!!!!!!! thankyou xx
