Open Question: Intrested in emancipation in florida please help.?
16 teen year old male In Florida with money to be inherited when 18 . Want to be emancipated in order to claim money instead of having a guardian represent me in order to claim it. If I can show proof from a lawyer that the money is present under my name can I be qualified for emancipation, if so how?
As of right now I have no legal guardian. And both my parents are deceased. Im interested in having my inheritance because of my lack of trust in others when it comes to finances. Im interested in emancipation as an alternative but dont know where to start or go.
