ok so i owed some money to irs but now i recived a form about overpayment....it looks like this http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=128513,00.html ok so my new balance remaining is $.00 do i owe anything to irs? and then there is something that i will reccive as a refund theres an ammount so am concerned do i owe nothing ? and will recive that ammount help thanks
