Open Question: Is anyone working on the yahoo email search problem? by Michael W Member since: 2000?

by Michael W Member since: October 11, 2006 Total points: 161 (Level 1) I called yahoo more than two months ago and was told they are working on the problem. I called last week and was on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes and finally gave up. I also pay for a plus account and use the search feature everyday and it is very difficult to find past emails, which I count on to conduct business. I think it is Yahoo's responsiblity to post an explanation for this in as soon as a customer logs into their email account and refund the plus account customers their money. Many people are wasting a great deal of time and energy and fustration on this problem. I think they should sell to microsoft as soon as possible. Maybe they could help them solve this problem. I've been a loyal yahoo email user for 7 years. Please fix this problem!!!!
