Open Question: Is Gadgets Galore in UK a fake company? An i-Mate Jam battery paid for since Sep 2007 is yet to be delivered!?
On 30 Sep 2007,I paid 23.95 uk pounds by Credit card online to Gadgets Galore for one piece of i-Mate Jam Battery Model:PM16A to be shipped to my mailing address in Saudi Arabia. Receipt of the money was acknowledged the same day with an email containing the following details: Order ID-39384908, Product: SKU 5474189, ICQ Number 12180132 (SLAZ). On 03 Oct 2007, I faxed a complaint of non delivery of the ordered product to +447092113495 and also mailed the same complaint to sales@gadgets-galore.net the same day. On 05 Nov 2007, I called the company's tracking line-+447092113495 and left the same complaint on the answering machine. On 03 Dec 2007, I mailed my fourth and last reminder and complaint to orders@gadgets-galore.net, all to no avail till date!!
