I want to know what your views are. Every time I go to a MAC store, I would just swatch the eye shadows or lipsticks or any product on my wrist to see the color pay off. I don't like trying them on my face at all. So if I think the product is something I can use, I buy it and try it on my face or eyes or lips at home. Most of the time, I end up not liking a particular item and just decides to return it to MAC simply because MAC products are pretty pricey and I don't wanna get stuck with a product that I'm really not gonna be using because then it's just gonna be a total waste of money. It's either I exchange it for something else or I just get a refund for what I paid for. As much as possible I try to do this at different stores because I do feel bad returning the items. Do you think they keep track of the stuff that I bought and returned? Is it a good idea to keep returning make ups to them if it's something that doesn't really work for me? I would appreciate any insights.
