Open Question: Is it illegal to travel out of a state to another state if a person has an arrest warrant out for them?
Ok here is the senario. There is this person that has a warrant for their arrest. They want to travel out of state. My thought is that it is not a good idea to go. My thought is that they should use the money to pay for the ticket and get out from under the warrant. Then if they want to go out of town they won't have the problem of maybe being picked up in another state. Is going out of state an illigal act while a warrant has been issued for a person.
