Open Question: Is my air conditioner broken??
This is my first summer in an apartment (in Georgia so you can imagine how hot it is). I can set the thermostat as low as I want but it never gets cold in the apartment. I'm in a 3rd floor apartment and i realize it's hotter, but if you're willing to pay the extra money for running your air conditioner harder, wouldn't it get cool in the end?? When you stand under a vent, I can feel air coming out (semi-cool, but not COLD) and I hear the air conditioner working. So should I report this to my apartment managment or am I stuck with it?
