Financial talk

I have a friend that always expects me to pay for everything. I gave her a few gifts here and there, and vice versa. But whenever we go out to eat or do anything that involves money, She never brings cash along, and always talks about how her debit card has fees whenever she uses it. She tends to push her purchases next to mine, and waits for the sales person to ring it up along with my items. She's not broke either, she just does this on purpose. She's cheap. It's really hurting our friendship. I'm now avoiding to go out with her because of her froogleness. "Should I stop talking to her? How can I let her know I feel without hurting her feelings?" Pls. help...
