Open Question: Is steve and barrys a good store to shop at?
the mall where i live is getting some new stores and steve and barrys is one of them. I wasnt sure whether i should save my money and buy clothes there instead of aeropostale, american eagle, and hollister. plz tell me if its cheap..cute..affordable..etc
