Open Question: juvinile hall?
he 14yo and lives in west volusia county, Fl. ok he not a drug dealer he just the delivery boy.(by that i mean a guy gives my friend money then my friend goes to his friend then his friend goes to the dealer then gets weed then gives it to my friend then gives it to the guy) will my friend go to juvie if he is found guilty? he has never been in trouble with the law at all
