Open Question: legal contract?
My fiance does landscaping jobs on the side of his real job and I want to get him a basic contract written up. He has had a time or two where people have tried to screw him out of the money - even after the work was done (and the job was done right!). Does anyone have any links for information or thoughts on what i NEED to have in the contract. Like I said, I don't want anything too in debth, just something to cover the basics. He is not an "insured" company just enjoys doing it and can make a little extra money. He would like to get into his own business in the future but I know thats a lot of work. Any info would be appretiated! I have no clue where to start. Thanks!
