Financial talk

My mom is in her late 40's and has been a stay-at-home mom ever since she got married, so a looong time now. But now she wants to finally DO something, even if she doesn't ever use it, she wants to go to school and graduate with something higher than an AA. What are some artistic majors that she can do that will make her feel accomplished but wont be a complete waste of money? She is a painter, graphic designer, drawer, photographer, anything artistic, she can do. What would be the best thing she can do that may even get her a job in a few years?
