Open Question: Waterless urinals can save a lot of water each year, how come they are not commercialized?

since oil is less dense than water, the urine automatically sinks below so that it automatically flushes without using water. This saves tap water so that it could be used for other purposes, lessing the water costs for the facilities. Commercializing the product can save a lot of water each year and even the water purifier plants can save money. I know that waterless urinals are expensive to buy, but you tend to save more money than you already paid for over the years.
