Open Question: What is rule to revoke in probation??????
An employee is suing me, my mom, and my mom's businesses stating that I attacked him physically and knocked him out unconsciously and continued to beat him.
THIS IS obvious not true! He is trying to get money out of my family.
He had a case in the past where he was trying to get money out of his employer also and the attorney threw the case out stating he was lying.
Well the judge put me on probation (6 months) and anger management.
I did the anger management, stayed out of trouble and my probation is to end April 30, 2008 (tomorrow).
Now they are saying that they have revoked my probation due to restitution. The restitution has NOT been set/made! So how could they revoke my probation???
Oh my civil attorney said that he will not submit his medical records, bills for the case.
And my criminal atty said that he is trying to double dip?
I am confused can I get sentenced to prison in this restitution?????????
Please serious answers!!
Thank you
The restitution has not been set because of the other civil cases this person has against my family!!!!
