My wife and I have never been good at not using credit cards we don't have a problem with our amounts but to pay one off is futile someone will always put something on it and we will have a bill. So keeping this in mind my question is I have many doctor bills with my tax money I am going to get and the rebate check plus a bonus in June I can pay off 90% of my doctor bills. The total cost of medical bills is a little above $5,000 and I am paying each mediacl bill $100.00 currently for a total monthly doctor bill of 700.00 per month. I have 2 credit cards I pay $135.00 per month. Would you sayI am looking at this correctly by paying off the doctor bills even ythough there is no interest on the doctor bills. ONce again if I send a large sum of money to my credit cards we will inevidably put something on it and have a another monthly bill. By paying off the doctors I have about $350.00 gone form my bills.
