Open Question: what will my monthly mortgage payment in miami be including taxes, insurance and other expenses ?
if i get a 165000 dls loan for a 30 yr term at a 6.5 % fixed interest and a mortgage calculator give me 1097.75 monthly payment how much more would be for home insurance, taxes and other expenses, right now i pay 1000 dls a month for rent and i feel im paying my landlord loan and throuing my money away, i just want to know how much would be my total monthly payment, i have no idea of real estate and any help would be appreciated
