Open Question: what’s the difference amongst: 1. at par cheque, 2. demand draft, 3. money order, 4. HDFC Fund Tranfer,?

Also compare with 5. UTI Fund Transfer, 6. International Pay Order, 7. International Cheque. If I'm my payee is from another country, what's the best option if he's to send money/payment to me. Thanks!
