Open Question: Where can I find..?
I'm looking for three dif. shades of blue.
The first one I want it to be a bright, snow white color.
The second one I want it to be a bright, light blue.
The thrid one I want to be an electric blue, like the electric eel blue from mac.
But heres the catch, I dont want to spend alot of money on them.. so where can I find these colors without spending alot of money on them??
