Open Question: Why did they eliminate Michael Johns last night from American Idol on the Idol Gives Back week, but last year?
they gave all the contestants a free get out of jail card pass for the week and then the following week they eliminated 2 people. It just seemed to be in poor taste to eliminate Johns last night. This was supposed to be a week of Idol Gives Back, about giving and donating money. The producers really messed up big time on this, and also Ryan Seacrest made himself look like an A S S, you agree? He made it sound like the entire bottom 3 would be safe until next week, but then he told Johns that his road ends here. It's too bad for the Aussie, I liked Johns. He picked the wrong song though, Aerosmith's Dream On. He tried to hit those high notes at the end and really tanked on them, but he should've been given a pass until next week. Big thumbs down to American Idol for that, you agree?
