Open Question: Why does my husband guit trip me?
He always makes comments like "I shouldn't have gone to bed" or "I shouldn't have sat down and watched tv with you". Instead he thinks he should have spent his time working. I work 40 hours a week (and he pressures me to work overtime for more money) and I have a demanding office job. He doesn't have a stable income and most of the "work" he does isn't billable. So, what's the deal? Why make comments like that and make me feel guilty for having him spend time with me and the kids?
