Obama proclaimed complete reforming of Fannie and Freddie, making it solid and secure. Well lets view the facts. 1. i was just reading that dubai is #1 place for laundered money. and that money is what is really making it blossom. let me get this straight, so the dealers launder the money in, no questions asked. then someone takes out a loan, reinvests in the economy, pays off loan, etc. so basically its making the economy grow.

Yesterday I bought my son a goldfish on the spur of the moment. I know that I should have done some research first but I didn't. I was trying to find someone helpful at PETCO to answer my questions, but everyone was kind of rude. So I ended up getting a 1 gallon tank with an air filter. After doing some research I've found out that 1 gallon tanks are not suitable for goldfish. I spent a bit of money (around $50) for the fish and all of the supplies and can't really afford to buy anything else for the fish. If I clean the tank a few times a week will the fish be okay? I don't know if PETCO will let me take the fish back and exchange it for a beta or another fish that will be okay in a 1 gallon tank. Honestly I'm pretty pissed that the guy who got the fish out of the tank at the store didn't say that the tank was too small for the fish...

my boyfriend has been a little quiet lately, i dont live with him, but i could tell there was something wrong we talked on the phone the other day and he told me how him not having any money is getting him down he has a job which is ok not really well paid but better than nothing. but all his wages go on bills and at the end of all the bills he has about £80-100 to himself which goes in the car for petrol and cigerettes and that lasts a week maybe 2. and then he is skint for the rest of the month. alot of his friends are on the doll and it annoys him because they always seem to have loads of money. get take aways new dvds and stuff and he doesnt think its fair cus he works so hard. now i am a person that doesnt nessicerily (can never spell that word lol) need money to be happy or have fun. i couldnt find work for a year and was living on £100 a week and i was still positive and happy but thats just who i am even though i have found work now. what can i do i hate to see him down and he said he feels depressed. i have told him to think positive and be happy for the things he has got e.g his family and friends and me. but it doesnt stop him worrying about money. please can i have some advice i know i cant magic money up or win the lottory for him but how can i make him feel better?

I am 23 and I have 2 children, 5 months and 3 years old. I really want to go to school! I know I should have done this before I had kids but honestly I didn't really look towards the future when I was younger. I was just living in the present being a kid. Now that I have children I want to make a comfortable life for us and I want them to be proud of their mom. Anyway, I want to go to school for radiology technology and all the schools in my state that offer this program are full time day classes. I was thinking I could try and get child care assistance and put the kids in daycare while I am in school. As long as I get approved that is. My boyfriend (yes their father) doesn't make enough money to support us on his own so I would probably have to at least work part-time in the evenings. Do you think this is possible or just way too much to try and take on? Can you give me any suggestions on how to make this work? The only other thing I could do is wait until they are in school during the day but that is so far away! Please I need some advice on what to do!!! When I say full time school I mean for like 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. 8 am - 4 pm. Some evenings to do clinicals. This degree can not be done online either.

I went along to an evening with Sally Morgan last night in Birmingham. I have never seen her show on TV but have heard many positive things about her from my friend. I have always maintained an open mind about 'life after death', and I do believe in God. However, I do not necessarily believe that dead people walk the earth etc. I went with an open mind and what I saw was, in my opinion, a poor attempt by a dressed up old women (with an extremely patronising voice) to guess names from the top of her head until someone put their hand up to say 'yes, the had a family member or friend of that name that was dead etc.'. The whole thing was an absolute joke although I found it quite entertaining. Most of the audience was made up by the type of people you would see on Jeremy Kyle. Towards the end of the show as I continued to watch Morgan get a couple of things right here and there I started feeling guilty for finding it so entertaining. It became obvious to me that most of the people there actually believed this women and were hanging on to every wrong word she was saying. It was almost like they wanted her to find words that could connect them with their lost loves one in order to confirm that the dead were definitely on stage in spirit form. In my opinion, someone who exploits vunerable people in this way is evil and should be strung up - giving people false hope must surely be the lowest of the low (and making a fortune from it). One of my friends raised the point that you could look at this in two ways a) that she is evil by messing with their lives and cons people out of money and b) that she is at least giving vunerable people that have lost someone a chance to feel they can connect with that loved one again and therefore what she is doing could seem as not so bad. Is false hope better than no hope at all? She even had children that had died on stage with her and it was at this point that I wanted to jump from my chair and knock her out. What is you're opinion (for those who think she isn't a fake, I would love to hear from you too). Evil or not? I couldn't believe how she could feel around with the names i.e. "I'm getting the name....... Sam, Samual, Sammy, could be Sara, Sandy etc etc.". It was a bit like watching Clinton Baptiste from Phoenix Nights. "Is there a John in the audience?" Your views please YA people.

My roommate had a lease with me that expired November 2009. He's still living with me, but has not signed another lease. Not the smartest move on my end, I realize. When he moved in, in May 2009, he placed a $1,000 deposit. Since our contract has expired, is he entitled to the deposit? He's currently late on rent and I want to give him 30-day notice to move out. I'm just unsure my options at this point. I do not own the house we live in as I've a separate contract with the owners. However, my contract states I'm responsible for the entire amount of the lease. My contract expires 5/1/2010, thankfully. I really want to move out and get my own place, but the $1,000 that my roommate placed down, I no longer have. I was struggling at the time he moved in and it was absorbed with my bills. The worst that can happen I think is he'd take me to small claims court to try to get the money back. I could repay him in installments. Any advise on how I can get out of this pickle would be so appreciated. It's really stressing me out.

I want a buy an exercise bike, looked at walmart.com and sportsauthority. but want a good quality bike with a comfortable seat. There are the upright ones which range from 100-300 (for most) and then the spinning quality bikes - around $400+. I just don't know if it is worth it spending that kind of money? I dont' want it to break right away. and reading reviews online doesn't seem to help as there are a good deal of people that like the bikes and a certain few that never do, any suggestions?

i have a Kicker L5 15'' sub and i allso have a zx350.2 i know that is underpowering it, it is a 2 ohm dvc and the guy at the kicker shop said that it would be fine i was just wanting some other opp,,,, that it was just at the lowest tha the sub can handle and i bought the amp and speaker brand new for like $299$ each and i prob payed too much but oh well and i was going to save up some more money to get me another amp.... witch one should i go with that is within a reasonable price and that is not crap... and are the kicker L5 good i mean it hitts Hard it would prob hit hardder if i had a bigger amp..... will some one please help me witht this desission thanks
