I have been dating my fiance for 2 and half years now although it's been on and off since we were young (we live in different provinces and we only saw each other during the summers). Now that we are at school in the same city, our relationship has become incredibly close and we have decided that we want to get married next year. The problem is that, although we are confident that we will be okay and her parents approve, my parents think we are way too young. She will be 19 and i'll be 21. We are both very mature for our ages and have always wanted to get married young. We share the same values, have the same family goals, both want lots of kids, both committed to sticking it out no matter what, and we love each other very much. My parents arguments are financial (i can't support her yet), and they are worried that we are making an impulsive decision that we will regret in a few years. They have even said that i will lose my family relationships if i go through with it because they will all disapprove. How can we help them get used to the idea of us getting married and realize that it is the right decision?

i'm a girl, going on 15. and i have wayy to much hair. i think even hairy people think i'm hairy. and it sucks. i feel like a caveman, because i have more hair than some boys i know. arms, hands, fingers, thighs, legs, feet, cheeks, chin, upperlip, forehead, abdomen, chest, back, shoulders, buttocks, underarms, neck... the whole package. i even have hair on my ELBOWS. i know...its disgusting and by far unattractive. i know i'm not normal. but the weirder thing is that no one in my family has this much. my dad doenst even have body hair, and my mom has it extremely light. my grandmothers told me that they never even developed body hair. i've heard of so many tecniques...laser, electrolysis, waxing. but i cant just ask my family for electrolysis or laser. (they'll tell me i'm normal, and that i dont need to stress, just so they wont spend money on me.) and its not like i can wax my entire body. so what do you think is the best thing i could do?? please help me. and please dont tell me i'm overreacting, because i know i'm not. anybody else with the same problem? pleasee. i'm too young to have all this. i think my horomones are out of whack, so i'm seeing my pediatrician soon. but she doenst so ---- for me. thanks so much!!

I like the show, for the most part. But I really don't care for Kate. I don't have an opinion one way or the other on their financial motivations behind it, everyone has to make a living. I am going on a week long trip to Killington. Let's say the price to rent is the same as the price to buy the used set of ski boots and poles. I'm an intermediate skier, and I usually ski happily with whatever they give me at the rental place. I never go skiing more than 5-6 times a season. Is it worth it to buy the used set on eBay (like K2 Four skis or Comanche), or just keep throwing away the money renting?

It seems that everyone's lease in the building where my mom lives has run out. The previous owner and and the new owner (purchased sometime last year) are in court due to some unpaid taxes. Don't know the whole story there. The rent money is being collected by a community organization who is paying for heating, water bills, etc. No one can get in contact with the new or previous owners. All information comes from the community organization who can't get a straight answer about leases either. Everyone is now worried that once the court issue is settled, the new owner can evict everyone because all leases have expired. No new leases have been delivered to anyone. Also, the new owner would love to get everyone out because the rents here in NYC have skyrocketed recently and most tenants have been there for over fifteen years. Thanks for any replies.

Well...I Have the money but my mom says that i have to save all my money while i can for when I'm older. She also says that i got a computer all the time for me(which is true because there is 2 computers and i can always use one). I want one because i like sitting on the couch and playing runescape :D while I'm watching TV or just lay on my bed and chat with privacy :D . Or do my homework in a nice place because the desk for the computer is really small and it irritates me. Does anyone think of any idea to convince my mom into letting me buy one... The computer is really neat for what i want it to be... i don't want to be playing...Assassins Creed ;) on the laptop... i just want to use it for chatting, doing my homework, having privacy, not get bored while doing a skill on runescape :D ... I could even get close to a window because the computer place is so dark... the lights wont lighten the place up... Or even just do whatever i want with it.... i hate listening to my brother say...hey! dont install that... thats a virus... that takes too much space... or chat without thinking that hes looking at me... its so creepy :D... So... i want ideas to convince my mom into buying me one.... P.S. dont say, ask your dad...hes worse :) . Thanks! Me and my wife have been Married for a little over 3 months. Prior to getting married everything was fine however I moved in with her just before the wedding and the financial burden of the wedding created allot of fights. After the wedding everything was OK for a few weeks however again we started to pick at each other. I love her very much and would do anything for her but when we argue I get a little loud and say some hurtful things I am trying to change going to a counselor, and taking meds which she is aware of. The last fight was bad I packed some things and said a mean thing to her which disrespected her. I am assuming that is why she is distant, I am really not sure. I keep hoping things change. I have been really nice to hear while still expressing my desire to need the affection that she gave me before. Just need a Woman's point of view. My mind keeps wandering about is she cheating ect. I am also a very jealous person.

I happened to have two houses in a nice suburb in northern CA. Since I wasn't able to sold my old one (3-bdrm) last year I decided to keep it for a year expecting markets turn around. Big mistake. I bought a bigger house (4-bdrm) since my family grew in better area last Oct. I have about 100K equity in my old 3-bdrm house and -100k in my 4-bdrm one (up-side down). I can keep both of them anymore. If I decide to get rid of new one and live in the old one, I figured my monthly payment will be about $2000 less. However, people say bigger house will appreciate more if market turns around whenever if might be. What would be the best thing I can do to improve my financial in the long run?

Setting up an automatic deposit into your emergency fund helps you save a little at a time until you’ve reached your desired amount. Choose an account that allows a direct deposit or a bank transfer so you can quickly and easily move money into the account on a regular basis; and look for accounts that generate high interest so you can earn money on the balance you save until it’s needed for an emergency.

Christmas Club or Vacation Savings

Another type of savings account that many people set up is one to save for their holiday needs or to take a vacation. It’s a good idea to keep this money separate from your emergency savings, because you will be tempted to take your vacation as soon as there is enough money in the savings account and you’ll wipe out your emergency funds!

Some banks offer accounts that are specifically designed for holiday club savings or vacation savings – and may offer special perks for saving in these categories. You can use any savings account that meets your needs, however. Once again, since you’ll be leaving the money in the account until you’re ready to do your holiday shopping or go on vacation – you’ll want to find accounts that help you earn interest on the balance you have. For vacations that may be planned a few years away, you may want to put a chunk of your savings into a certificate of deposit or money market that will increase your interest earnings for a certain period of time.

Long term/Retirement Savings

Another potential savings account people may open is meant to be a long term savings. Some parents open savings accounts to put money aside in case their children decide to go to college when they’re older, while most people with and without children try to set money aside to help support them when they retire.

Choosing high interest savings accounts while you build up a balance is ideal; and once you have enough money saved in this category to move into a certificate of deposit or fixed rate IRA, you can probably find higher interest earning accounts with those savings options over a standard savings account.

Richard Perle One of Bush's foreign policy advisors, he is the chairman of the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board. A very likely Israeli government agent, Perle was expelled from Senator Henry Jackson's office in the 1970's after the National Security Agency (NSA) caught him passing Highly-Classified (National Security) documents to the Israeli Embassy. Paul Wolfowitz Deputy Defense Secretary, and member of Perle's Defense Policy Board, in the Pentagon. Wolfowitz is a close associate of Perle, and reportedly has close ties to the Israeli military. His sister lives in Israel. Wolfowitz came from the above mentioned Jewish thinktank, JINSA. Wolfowitz is the number two leader within the administration behind this Iraq war mongering. Douglas Feith Under Secretary of Defense and Policy Advisor at the Pentagon. He is a close associate of Perle and served as his Special Counsel. Like Perle and the others, Feith is a pro-Israel extremist, who has advocated anti-Arab policies in the past. He is closely associated with the extremist group, the Zionist Organization of America, which even attacks Jews that don't agree with its extremist views. Feith frequently speaks at ZOA conferences. Feith runs a small law firm, Feith and Zell, which only has one International office, in Israel. The majority of their legal work is representing Israeli interests. His firm's own website stated, prior to his appointment, that Feith "represents Israeli Armaments Manufacturer." Feith basically represents the Israeli War Machine. Feith also came from the Jewish thinktank JINSA. Feith, like Perle and Wolfowitz, are campaigning hard for this Israeli proxy war against Iraq. Edward Luttwak Member of the National Security Study Group of the Department of Defence at the Pentagon. Luttwak is reportedly an Israeli citizen and has taught in Israel. He frequently writes for Israeli and pro-Israeli newspapers and journals. Luttwak is an Israeli extremist whose main theme in many of his articles is the necessity of the U.S. waging war against Iraq. Henry Kissinger One of many Pentagon Advisors, Kissinger sits on the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board under Perle. For detailed information about Kissinger's evil past, read Seymour Hersch's book (Price of Power: Kissinger in the Nixon White House). Kissinger likely had a part in the Watergate crimes, Southeast Asia mass murders (Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos), Installing Chilean mass murdering dictator Pinochet, Operation Condor's mass killings in South America, and more recently served as Serbia's Ex-Dictator Slobodan Milosevic's Advisor. He consistently advocates going to war against Iraq. Kissinger is the Ariel Sharon of the U.S. Unfortunately, President Bush nominated Kissinger as chairman of the September 11 investigating commission. It's like picking a bank robber to investigate a fraud scandal. Dov Zakheim Under Secretary of Defense, Comptroller, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Department of Defense. He is an ordained rabbi and reportedly holds Israeli citizenship. Kenneth Adelman One of many Pentagon Advisors, Adelman also sits on the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board under Perle, and is another extremist pro-Israel advisor, who supports going to war against Iraq. I. Lewis Libby Vice President Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff. The chief pro-Israel Jewish advisor to Cheney, it helps explains why Cheney is so gun-ho to invade Iraq. Robert Satloff U.S. National Security Council Advisor, Satloff was the executive director of the Israeli lobby's "think tank," Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Many of the Israeli lobby's "experts" come from this front group, like Martin Indyk. Elliott Abrams National Security Council Advisor. He previously worked at Washington-based "Think Tank" Ethics and Public Policy Center. lets say you apply for financial aid in the beginning of a year for the school you are currently at. now we know it runs like an fall to spring kind of thing. lets say now that you appliedd to another school, andgot in, but when you filled out the FASFA, you didnt put down this new school becaus you were not planning on going there. what do you do??!! how do i pay for this??
